Sabercat Hockey is excited to announce our partnership with Joanna Cummings, MS, RD-AP, CNSC and Altitude Sports & Performance Nutrition.
Joanna provides another important tool for our athletes to improve their performance, strength and overall health during their high school sports career and beyond.
Joanna will be providing sports nutrition education and coaching to our players and family members for the 2022-2023 season. The cost of the team education and coaching is included in your team fees. Joanna also offers individualized sports nutrition services for a fee.
All players and parents will be invited to an introductory meeting where Joanna will share the details of her services and a start to the nutrition education for our players. The meeting will take place in mid-August, shortly after tryouts.
